Tom is real estate lawyers and shareholder at O'Donnell Lee, P.A., Attorneys at Law. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, curing title defects, title searches, closings, and lending documentation. Previously, Tom practiced a wide variety of law, providing litigation representation and advice to clients in a wide range of matters. Tom is appreciated in the firm and by his clients for his sense of humor and attention to detail.
Before moving to Maine, Tom worked as a juvenile prosecutor in Flagstaff, Arizona. He has served on the Boards of Directors of Waterville Creates, Common Street Arts, Kennebec Messalonskee Trails, and the Winslow Public Library Board of Trustees. Tom is a member of the Winslow Historical Preservation Committee, Waterville Bar Association, Maine State Bar Association, and the American Land Title Association. Tom is also an affiliate member of the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors.
Tom lives with his wife, Jennifer (an English and Drama teacher), and has two daughters. He spends his leisure time time listening to music, playing drums, attending concerts and live theatre, reading, and kayaking.
