Fair Housing: Anti-Bias Course

This three hour CE Course has been approved by the Maine Real EstateCommission towards the renewal of a real estate license. Today’s real estate practitioner must establish business practices that comply with fair housing laws and offer equal professional service to all. Consistency, objectivity, and documentation are critical in accomplishing this objective. This course fulfills the NAR Fair housing requirement for this current cycle: 1/1/2025-12/31/2027.
