February 2026 Membership Meeting + CE Class

First meeting of 2026! Join us at the Calumet Club in Augusta at 11:30 AM followed by the CE class "Maine Housing-Affordable Home Financing for ME" with instructor Lisa McKenna from 1:15 PM - 4:15 PM.

Course Description:  This class provides a comprehensive outline of the programs MaineHousing offers and the benefits to borrowers, sellers and real estate licensees.  You will learn about the financing options available to both first-time and some non-first time homebuyers.  Easy to understand information is provided on down payment and closing cost assistance, how to finance necessary repairs into one transaction, mobile home financing, dispelling the myths of recapture tax and more!

This program has been approved by the Director of the Maine Real Estate Commission for 3 clock hours toward the fulfillment of the education requirements for activation or renewal of a real estate license.  You must attend the class in its 3 hour entirety to receive your certificate.
